twins would sound awsome "ya its got a TT V6 man" but in all reality there is a reason that most high power supras are single turbo. You got to take into acccount that with such a big motor you should be able to use even somthing like a 35R with Minimal or even no lag and acheive that 8-10 lbs you quest for real quick. Or you could go with a TT and use a smaller turbo like a 16G but would probley expeirance more lag with ony 3cyls spooling each one. But you also got to consider that with a real quick spool forget about traction under i would say third in any street situation. I would avoid the rear mounted turbo and heres why, that adds 8ft of piping, tubing, and lines that are just asking to be smacked around by what ever may be in the road potholes, speedbumps, and general road trash. i know when i had my galant (ihad the 4 cyl but...) the 6G72 factory manifolds could support a turbo with a custom loop pipe after the Y that ran back to the engine bay to the turbo then back out to the exhaust. and like you said not the most flow/spool condusive thing in the would but it gave the 7-8lbs that the 14b's they used could make.
