After messing with my lights for a while, there is a way to adjust up and down, and left and right. On either side of where the bulb goes in the projector, there is a screw, and the one closest to the engine adjusts the lights left and right, and there is another one closer to the fender that adjusts it up and down and its not easy to get to but it can be done.

You need a long extension and a u-joint, the one that swivels the socket, and an 8mm socket. To get to the screw closest to the fender you have to reach in an find and make sure you can keep the socket on it.
