I needed the stuff at a certain time since I wanted it to be ready for a Cars and Coffee event in my area (that's Sept 6th) and he got it to me with time to spare for me to install it - slowly (since I wanted to tackle the install).
He also sent me great instructions on installing the spoiler delete and ralliart eyelids (which still needs to be installed). I messed up on the first install of the eyelids - was a little off and that dang 3M tape sticks!
And on the bumper shipment, he packed that thing very well. The box arrived crushed pretty well on one side. Fortunately, when the delivery guy and I opened it to check for damage, it survived esp. with all the bubble wrap that he put on that thing. And it also cost him an arm and a leg to ship it. Bumpers - local only from now on he told me.
