Is there any way I can remove these scratches from my soft top?

Hello, I purchased a 2007 Eclipse Spyder GT recently. It was in really good shape for the price, except the soft top needed some TLC. I washed it and gave it a treatment yesterday and the treatment works great, it repels water excellently, but it's still covered in scratches.

I tried looking all over the internet but no one seems to have run into a similar problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm considering just dying the top to black.
