Passenger window problem

Hello all! I have an 06 Eclipse GT, and I'm having a window problem... the window won't go down anymore. The switch in the car does nothing. I've checked the fuse, and it's good. In fact, the window still does that auto-roll down a 1/4" when you open and close the door... but it won't budge when you press the button.

I've even taken the door panel off to check the switch... nothing. The switch on both sides of the vehicle does nothing to the passenger window... however the driver side window works flawlessly. Any ideas what I can check next? Fuse is fine.

Thanks!

Same thing happened to me also....I accidently pressed the lock button on the drivers side and the passenger window would not go down. Took me about an hour before I realized it was just the lock button. I had already unhooked the battery and did an ECU reset...LOL

if none of those help, hold the window down button for i forgot how long, and it will reset itself. Try one minute.

Wow.... that was the problem. Who makes a window lock button that locks out the driver's side window mechanism as well?

Thanks guys.... took apart the door for nothing.

Same thing here. I don't know maybe it's the way the switches are laid out because it has never happened like this to any other car that I have owned before
