so my "eclipse" badges where looking pretty cheap, delaminating. so i decided to debadge them. blow dried the area then applied goo gone and with a spatula wraped in a t shirt i got to work. i have to say i am pretty satisfied with the outcome.

I also filled her up and the people at the gas station had just opened a new car wash. needless to say i also let them wash her real nice . i love my car so much

I rubbed off all the black goo with my thumb (no cleaner) and then hit lightly with some acetone. Prolly took off a wee but of clear coat. I then used the 1000 grit and rubbing compound from the aforementioned 3m dealie and ground it down. You CAN still see it if you're looking, but it's decently clean. Finally, I washed it all and very thoroughly waxed it.

Edit: Also, you've got a black car, try turtle wax's black box on it. In fact, try the black box on your entire car. I prefer Meg's ultimate wax for my sunset, but I can't deny that the black box makes it look sexy.

Actually, they divert the air around your car to eliminate the air pocket created by the downward slope of the rear windshield. Does it work? Who gives a shit? It looks pretty cool. Especially at high speeds on foggy mornings. You see little vapor trails.

Washed and then used autoglym paint restorer then used autoglym super resin polish, tire shine and meguires leather wipes. I have to say that pictures don't do it justice considering this is kalapana black there isn't a single surface scratch or swirl mark. I can see reflections a mile away. It's like I just bought her yesterday
