First off all it took me a while of people tellin me my car sounded like shit and me blasting my music to actually take a second and listen to my car... Loud sweeling and looking at the belt that runs the alternator/water pump I could see the belt moving side to side as if it was off track a little bit... Long story short It was my water pump going bad leaking coolant onto the belt which did eventually lead to it falling off cause i couldnt afford to fix it myself and didnt wanna mess w/ the timing belt when it came to replacing the waterpump.... Soooooo 1 grand later(not out of my pockets thank god) Its fixed but was a crappy situation since the eclipse is my only car! This all happened at 64000 miles so did replac the timing belt when they replaced my waterpump and the belt that I actually shredded in the process

My water pump went at 25k (miles), long story short i had to pay for it... $700...
