Question rpm update

so since my header install my rpms have been kinda fucked up, but today it was a little better. ive noticed though if i stay in first gear and go to 3k rpms slowly it like burps at 3k and the rpms jump up a little bit without my pedal being pressed down any further. this also happens in second gear at 2500rpms and in 3rd gear around 2500rpms as well. idk what is going on....all this from a header install r u kidding me? anyone have any ideas of whats going on?

Well lot of people have said that the obx isn't good with gsers. Pretty confused as to why they caused this problem? Try throwing your stockers on and see if the problem is still there.

I wouldnt think the spacers would cause that, only thing they would cause would be the check engine light I would think

well the check engine light did come back on a little while after i reset the ecu. but this seriously doesnt make annny sense at all. EVERYTHING worked perfect before, so it definately means the header is fucking something up

With my 2g. After i did the headers i had a problem with the car idling.and stalling out at lights.(not in park) had the 02 sensors changed and had no problems after that. Mechanic said the stock sensors werent campadable with the aftermarket headers and cat. Idk though.

The only thing that could cause it to freak out is the o2 sensors. The header is just a header. Did u get around to installing the lower o2 spacers?

When i was running obx i had the same problem. I went to autozone and picked up a set of plug foulers drilled them out and placed them on the lower 2 o2 sensors and problem solved.

Goodluck!
