DC Sports CAI

I put mine on my 07 gs auto and it sounds amazing. I couldn't be happier with it. I know Fujita was our 1st choice but given the slow in production the DC CAI is a great bang for your buck. Sounds real sexy too.

This is how it's connected to the throttle body

This is how it extends from throttle body

This is the mounting bracket and how it fit next to coolant reservoir

The part the says DC is where the filter attaches. I didn't have time to remove mud guard to show where it is near the fog light..it does fit though

haha I'll put pics up now. I was gonna dyno once I put my headers and pulley on haha. That would prob skew the results but you'll have a rough idea of how it is compared to a fujita with the same set up.

yea you can really feel a difference. Someone said you may not be able to have fog lights with this intake but when I was down there it seemed like there would be enough room.

there is enough room behind the housing, its close but I'm sure it would fit. And if you wanted you can take out the fog light plug to get more air to your intake

JM Auto Racing - View our aftermarket auto parts catalog

This is where I got mine. They were very helpful and I got it quick. Ordered it May 8th and I got it May 17th

I found a coupon code too so that knocked off 10%....JMGO10

I'm happy with it and would recommend it to other GS Autos

I put it back on. There is enough cold air going into there with it on. Plus that will help with too much water getting in. I'm not too worried about it.

yea its a cai. Injen has a short ram for the auto gs and a cai for the manual gs but there are confirmed results of people fitting the cai intake on auto gs's as well. This intake is $100 cheaper.

thats a great price but its hard to find Fujita anywhere now so the gs owner either has to find a used one or go with Injen or DC. I've never had Injen before but to $100 cheaper I am extremely satisfied with this intake.

We had a discussion about removing the fog light fixture for more direct air in another thread. You can do it but the gain will be minimal. There should be enough cold air from the grill and the splash shield.

i have a question, so does your car have the fog lights on and you installed this cai on there with no problems?

cause someone told me if i were to install the injen cai i would need a arm cause it wont fit with the fog lights on there

the extra $100 dollars off and the great deal on that site with the coupon you gave is really interesting me, i was gonna go for the injen short ram but if this one will fit snug with the fog lights on there with no problems then i rather get this one. btw, what kind of sound does it make? is it the same as the injen people say it sounds beast!

thanks!

Really curious about the fog lights too, our options with an auto are really limited.

gspower is a jewel in the roughgspower is a jewel in the rough
im the guy SDRN is talking about, and i must add a correction to his statement.

i DO NOT, have foglights, i am only ASSUMING FROM MY OWN INSTALL that it wont get in the way of your fogs, not to say that it will not happen, because anything is possible.

i simply just didnt see how it would get in the way, if everything is already prewired even if you dont have the actually fog light.

and there is no codes thrown with the intake..
