Question Is DC Sports CAI is Carb?
Hi, i don't know if this has answered before but i didn't find it anywher. Is DC sports Cold Air Intake is legal in CA and is CARB......if it is can someone find me its EO #? THanksss

if its legal then it has to have CARB sticker on it and shuld have EO#....someone here got theirs and didnt see no CARB sticker on it....

wow id hate to live somewhere with carb restrictions...but i am pretty sure youll be fine with an intake.. tried looking up the law or check with other fellow CA members?

Yah tell me about it...i think i would still goahead and order one for my car. Also i was googling it lol and civic forum came across saying that dc sports CAI = Carb but i dought it ....

I put my DC intake on tuesday.. There is no CARB sticker or EO number on the unit or in the packaging

according to their website, all their street legal headers are CARB legal or pending legality. your best bet is just calling them up and asking, their headquatered in CALI for kripes sake

no offense them being in cali doesnt mean anything, i know the headers are c.a.r.b. exempt on vehicles that dont come with precats. Best bet if you are trying to find out if its legal is to go on the C.A.R.B. website because they have a database of approved parts, with the numbers you need, or just contact the company directly.

^ i just did a search on said webste out of curiosity, and a shitload of honda intakes were carb legal, but saw nothing on eclipse

yeah i checked too, it might be that they didnt submit it for carb approval. i know i have seen some intakes for the eclipse that said the company would not ship to someone in cali.
