ok - there are certain things that are a MUST.
tint & lowered are the main as far as visual/style/appearance in my opinion. If you can afford some badass new rims - what better time? Performance-wise, X 2 to what Dann says - complete the exhaust. You are choking off the gains you are getting from your CAI and headers w/ that stock muff. so - get the best axle/cat-back you can afford, I say.

I'd poke around this thread if I were you - it also has a link (several) at the bottom of the first post that are all good to read if you are new to the 4g or to modding cars.
Forum FYI: Upgrades Needed for a Fully Built 4g Eclipse One of the links near the bottom is "Beginners' Guide to Modding" - check it.

^if you get the pro-kit by eibach it's only a 1.5" drop - so not bad at all. gets' rid of the ugly wheel gap.
but yes - otherwise, get as good of exhaust as you can.

I've said it before on a few other threads. The Magnaflow exhaust is nice and if you pick it up from Road Race I bet if you ask nicely they'll give you one for around 380 bucks. I don't think they're allowed to say that they sell for 380 bucks, but I bet if you call and ask nicely to Llydia she would sell you one for around 380$.
