Maybe is all anyone can say. Dealerships are all different some are cool some are not. But if it don't directly affect what's wrong you can take them to court.

Magnuson–Moss_Warranty_Act

TL;DR: Your mods only will void the warranty of what they replace, not the whole warranty. And only if they can prove the part you installed caused a failure.

CAI... taking your time, about an hour and a half. If this is your first install, take your time, it's so easy you might over look something. Also do a little reseach on CAI... tons of do's and don't, pay attention to those and you won't run into any problems.

Take care of your MAF/IAT Sensor, i.e. don't drop, bump or get it dirty, and before you start the install disconnect both battery leads, when you finish connect the battery leads back-up. This will cause the ECU to reset and learn its new parameters from the factory setting, and it will also reset your throttle position sensor to its new idle position. I.E. you'll be less likely to throw any codes this way.

CAT Back Exhaust, depending if you have any rusted parts, two to three hours.

Nope, unless it directly effects what went wrong. Cat back exhaust will not because it's post-cat and only effects flow after the catalytic converter.

This is true, and it's because the AEM Cold Air Intake system is listed as C.A.R.B. approved. That's the California Air Resources Board. If it's approved by CARB then it's basically an improvement upon stock design that does not alter emissions in any way.
