One side sits lower (lowering springs)

Alright so I did a search and supposedly it's normal for one side to sit lower than the other when lowering your car. However, in every thread that I looked at, the driver's side supposedly sags a bit lower than the passenger's side. On my car, it's the passenger's side that sags lower than the driver's side!

Can anyone tell me what's up with this? My driver's side is a full 1 finger gap higher than the passenger's. Why is it that on every other lowered car (with springs), the driver's side sits lower than the passenger's?!

Thanks ahead of time

Btw, my car has been lowered for about 3 weeks now. Is this enough time for the springs to settle? When I originally lowered the car, both sides were of equal height (to be expected from what I've read). Just hoping that my driver's side sags a bit lower to even out the stance like every other car!

My Megan springs did that, passenger side was a quarter inch higher... then got teins... same problem. Maybe a defective strut? i never measured the distance on stock springs so I dont really know if this issue was there from stock or if it is lowering springs. Bothers me so much though :/

Make sure that your springs are seated properly on the perches. If they are turned a little, it can cause some leveling issues.

I would bet you got one of the springs off it's holder the wrong way. those bitches slide into a slot on the rubber and if it's not lined up right this can happen. You may have to pull them off and try it all again. Also, you MAY have left a part out when putting it all back together. there's a little metal sleeve that goes in there somewhere and without that I can see problems. is it really bad? post some pics for us. it may settle over time, but it may not.

I would say it's the struts , they are getting stuck or blown out other way they should be replaced. Aftermarket springs kill the oem struts pretty quickly.

I had this same problem awhile back , my passenger rear would stick sometimes. I would drive it around the block and it would go back to normal.

I have installed springs 7 times at least and never had this problem with any other cars. It has to be struts, sticking could be the issue.

Plus, my car only has 3200 miles on it, so the struts will not be the problem.

Similar issue with Scion tC's. 1st Gens at least. Make sure that the springs are seated properly, and if that doesn't help, and you can't deal with the slight difference, grab a set of coils. Haha.

nokiauser has a spectacular aura about
Can you verify if those are indeed Megan Springs? You can see the markings on the springs through the gaps in the wheels or better yet, pull out your wheel and inspect them. They look hideously stock to me.
