Water meth doesn't add any hp. Essentially what it does is lowers the temps in the cylinder allowing for higher boost, more no2, higher compression or more advanced timing, those are where the power comes from. The meth just makes it safe to do those things.

honestly man, if you want a bolt up easy few HP, look into doing the basic bolt ons i/h/e and slap some nitrous on.
there are a few GS guys that can give you moer info than you need about it. I know the GT guys arent even tuning the car with nitrous on.

yeah, and to add onto what Carl is telling you - what DOES help is getting the AEM F/IC and leaning out your fuel mix. Some guys have seen as much as 15 - 20 hp increase if not more.
the meth kit is really for F-I set-ups (turbos, superchargers)

Hell if I'm not tuning on nitrous! I won't touch it until I am fully tuned..we were getting a shitty a/f ratio when tuning before and that's why I had to throw the walbro 255 pump in there. I do not know how other nitrous guys are running untuned..my tuner must be a safe one, I have been changing every single thing before getting new pistons to assure I don't blow up.

Right now just the fujita intake and the straight pipe exhaust, im thinking of getting the RRE header and the underdrive pulley but also looking into minor things I can do to get the extra hp without having to drop 2.5k for a turbo kit.

well u can pull extra power even stock but i will tell u right now i have headers, cai, pulley, gt tb, thermo spacers, header back 2.5" exhaust, high flow cat, aero muffler.
i have a dyno running stock showing that i actually lost some power without tuning. but the tune can pull the full power out of the mods and more while safely leaning it out.

Ok first, can you give me a link to the high flow cat you have? ive been contemplating the header idea for a few weeks now but i would still like to pass smog but i didnt know there were any high flow cats out for this car. Also, what your telling me is I should get this ignition controller once i start getting the mods? Lastly, wtf does leaning the fuel out mean! i need a wiki article or something to read lol.

all you need to do is look up "AEM F/IC" or "BrianJ" on here, and it will tell you everything you need to know about "leaning out" !!! go to the Tuning and Electronics section here and start reading !!
High flow cat, just get a generic one (Magnaflow for example), i believe the GS piping is 2.25". |

as for the high flow cat, just go to the magnaflow website and find any 2.25" in/out cat or one like this -> Magnaflow 53005 Universal Catalytic Converter Round 2.25" In/Out | eBay

haha well id be pushing it no matter what mod i get but to blatantly get a header that takes away my cat would make it too easy for a cop to pull me over and test my exhaust and give me a ticket. At least if i have the high flow cat hes going to have to really know his shit to fuck with me.
