problem solved i know a place near me that sells cheap tools, picked up an angle grinder for 30 bucks grinded off the head of the bolt the second i goth through it the pipe dropped a 1/4 inch seperating from the header to the ypipe or whatever it is lol i was so happy the rest of the install took mabye 30 min to uninstall and reinstall the new header and 30 min to properly clean all the gaskets, surfaces and hardware

i have never heard of any problems at all installing RRE headers on a GS (even tho the problem was not actually related to the headers themselves )
