OBX headers for 4G69

Hello everyone! In this topic I want to tell you about the installation of the OBX headers. I bought on ebay titles for the Lancer Ralliart. However, you need to add some parts to it all fell into place. So now I got a mail parcel. Price of 235 dollars and 120 delivery to Russia.

The quality is not bad. But does require some work on the site. The fact that this model is designed for Lancer with the same engine as we have. Required welding the socket for lambda sensors. Well, in principle, join with our pipes.

Now with regards to completion. It is necessary welding work under the oxygen sensors. At Lancer is 1 sensor, the 2 of us. First do on the machine two jacks and two plugs
Further drilling holes. The pipe from the 3rd of the cylinder and the pipe from the 1st of the cylinder.
so that would plug included in pipe [/

Next, perform welding works. However, I want to see. Welding work must be done in the environment of argon. You cannot use the carbon dioxide semi-auto. Otherwise hereinafter appears corrosion.

On the temperature of the pipes have gained a Golden color. On low speed I felt nothing. However, at medium and high speeds there is a tangible increase. Came a beautiful sound.
