if you are going a custom axle back, than the shop you bring it to should be able to custom fab it for you. That is what I'm doing with my borla setup, except I'm going with a 2.25" piping

get 2.5 now so when you upgrade your pipes, your parts will match.

well the thing is... i wanted to basically buy parts that can bolt on because i still have the warranty for a long time and i dont want them to blame anything on modifications. I dont know what i can get away with like a cai or anything.

nothing lolz. I said bye bye to worrying about my warranty a long time ago and *knock on wood* nothing still happens. It's just a risk you are going to have to take. They give you a bitch of a time getting it fixed in the first place. That reminds me I still need to take mine in for the recall notice

and worst case scenario something does happen, just put the stock stuff back on. But seriously how many and what issues can arise from exhaust systems? I understand about suspension and springs, with shocks and struts blowing or cai hydrolocking, but what can new bigger pipping and an axle back do to damage a car?

the only thing that will void on the warranty is the exhaust......so if something goes wrong with the exhaust in the future its on you.....keep that in mind
