HOW TO air vent LED install

I installed these Blue leds that i got from autozone $14.99 a pair in my dash i attempted installing them in the side vents i got one side was quite complicated and decided it wasnt worth doing the other side so i moved them to the doors

First I took the counsel apart (if u need help with this ask)

then i took a drill n drilled just a big enough hole for the wire to fit though as far back as i could get the drill

I have a auto 08 gt so i wired the leds to the lights that light up the P R N D the white and the red wires, dont mind the wires to the right there also hooked up to the P R N D lights one is a led that shows threw the ebrake gap and one lights up water bottles

then tested the lights b4 i adhesived them in place

then adhesive them into place and tested once again. I shoulda put them a lil further back but was hard 2 get my hands in to the vents then put everything back together wait till its dark and test them out

I think they look pretty good but if your at eye level you can see the leds threw the vents but most ppl dont stare into the vents so its all good
if u need help with ne thing just ask will be glad to help
the leds are not switch actavated they come on when i turn my lights because i have my DRLs disabled when my headlights are on at night all the leds in my car are because there wired threw existing lights

I've got the same thing in mine, except mine are 4 inch blue cathodes. I've got them under my dash and in the air vents. I like how you wired them to the gear shift lights, my only complaint with that is you can't turn them off. I've got mine wired to a seperate switch. I only say this b/c I put some 12" sound reactive ones in my friends truck and he got pulled over for them.
