Need info on mods.

I have had my eclipse for just over 1 year now 06 GT. It has orenge interior with the rockford forsegate sound system. I was wondering if anyone would like to help give me a list of performance parts that give hp gain and 0-60 speed gain. Anything to start at least... a freeken honda civic i think it was a 2008 v6 just ran me off the road.... granted.. it was salty outside couse of the snowy weather.... but still... i feel ashamed.. so any info on what parts i should start out with would be of great help thanks ^^. Btw i was hopefully going to make this car a turbo. "hopefully" lol.

Cut off stock exhaust at block and run zoomies
Raise tire pressure to 45psi
Switch to synthetic blinker fluid
Remove all non-necessary body panels.(Fenders, doors ect)
Stack weights on the block to keep weight over the tires for max traction
Lots of stickers
And lastly use the search tool, its there for a reason and in 5 min you could have ansered your own questions...
