Intake manifold fitment

Hey fellas I know a 6g74 manifold will fit but what about a 3000gt DOHC? I'm not trying to use the intake manifold itself but I want to use a machined spacer.

I know the 74 outlaw spacer is exact same as the 75 but if no one knows I'll Just take it off and take the spacer to the parts store and see if a 3kgt 72 gasket will match

I'm using this for direct port nitrous. Which you can see the rod in the pic and the fitting at the end of it.

Possibly, but I def know the lower intake manifold from a 3kgt is a bit shorter and skinnier because we tried to use a 74 one on a 3kgt vr4 before.

Yea but I would have to put a fogger on each runner and if you mean drilling a hole thru the manifold and putting a direct port rod then my concern will be sealing it for air leaks.

I guess I will be the first to test this direct port plate system! Wish me luck

will this also means an aftermarket intake manifold[given its throttle flange is 180* off] bolts to the GT lower intake manifold?

Huh!?

The gasket on the 6g72 is same as the gasket on the 6g75 and yes it is the the gasket between lower and upper intake manifold. only thing I'm using is the CNC machined plate instead of my outlaw spacer.

I think he's asking about that intake manifold they show on their site. It's says it accomidates a 90mm TB. I also like that the TB is on the opposite side. Might be an option for those going turbo and need more room for routing pipes. Feels like a very outside chance though.

But i'm in to see this kishan. This will certainly be an option once my engine is built. Something to keep me happy while i work on my turbo project.

That's exactly what I'm doing. Keeping myself happy until i start building another long block as soon as the pistons and rods arrive, hopefully they come this week?! :/

I'm sure the intake manifold will fit and since ours is electronic all we would have to do is extend the wires so it can reach the other side.

I am only buying the nitrous plate. I won't be shooting nitrous until my AEM gets on the car so I can pull back the timing and what not.

Will keep you guys posted. The plate should be here next week.

On a side note after I am done building my spare long block for low compression....we will see how much nitrous a stock 6g75 can handle =D will make sure i trailer the car to the track when it happens lol.

If i done give up on this car and nothing major comes up, you guys most def will see me attempt for 500+whp with either ripp kit or custom TT set up!

My brother is building his 3kgt VR4 so it's war between us! >-< fuel for my fire.
