all obx lt header owners please help!!!

ever since i got my headers and exhaust installed -i get this fludder noise on acceleration-not sure if its a vibration or headers-to me the sound kinda sounds like a vwagon bug.-i think its seperate from the exhaust cuz the exhaust sounds good!its more from engine????
-yes i do have engine mounts and stiffy upgrades!
-i see oil dip stick kinda touches headers but not sure its that ill have to put a rubber between to eliminate that out!
-do obx header owners have a fludder sound to theres-
ill try again on video but can barely here it!

Maybe a leak because the dipstick hits on mine but I don't get the noise u speak of then again I have ripps but it's not the dipstick if that helps u out... If it was a vibration it would happen all the time not at certain rpm

yes i know and there's no form to take off that sound... you can replace the flexible of the header check for leaks and always the sound will be there.

It should solve your problem. Those flex pieces do tend to junk out pretty quick as hard as the V6 torques and pulls around in the engine bay....even with mounts and a stiffy it still kicks around pretty good.

Just saying...I love RRE headers....

No issues with fitment, noise, or leaks.

hmmmm yeah right when I read this it sounded like a leak somewhere...an exhaust shop should be able to pump smoke through there and find it....sux, man, sorry. you may have to do some welding repair or even buy some new headers....what a pain.
