I know some people blocked the baffle (or whatever the black plastic thing is called) off and some others ended up using the intake manifold from the previous generation Lancer Ralliarts which didn't have it.

Just saw this on RRE's website. Anybody got a clue or is this something completely different than the baffle part on our manifolds?

is that in place of that black plastic oval on the front of the manifold . . is that a resonator of some sort ??

If it's an evo it might be a boost sensor or something of the sort for a gauge?

Sounds like this is not needed for the 4G.
