Boomko will become famous soon enough
I use royal purple. I have GS and I change every 5000 miles. 3000 miles is scam just to make money.

Iv used royal purple it is a great performance oil...but I wasn't comfortable with the oil getting so thin when it heats up. I was hearing more engine noise then before. Sence then iv been putting nothing but castrol sentic full senthetic. Now I don't hear the valves clatter when I walk up to my car so I know the engine is well protected. And with full senthetic like RP or CS u don't have to change ur oil every 4500 miles. Last longer. Oh yea I to have a gt.

m1 5w30 and I leave it in for 10500 miles.

Change the filter and top off every 3500 miles though.

I use Napa Gold/Wix filters, they cost about $3- each if you buy a case.
