easiest way to raise the rev limiter is to hit 100mph, drop the clutch, put it in 2nd gear, engage clutch... it will raise the rev limiter to about 10,000 rpm... only works once though, so pick your time wisely...

if the engine is bulit right you can make more power at those rpms, but the car wont be very street friendly if it makes all of its power up top.

I would like to rev higher but still would want a limiter. Not sure our engine would make too much HP over a certain level anyway. There is a whole lot of science and testing to prove where the right spot (RPMs) would be.

Hey guys this is just a simple test we are making.
We in Puerto Rico receive the same restrinctions on the ecu as you guys, but the guys on Japan or other countries have little restrinctions , so Alex found a Original ECU from Dominican Republic , this is just plug and play and bam! no rev limiter , we are still learning the benefits will let you know guys!

raising the rev limiter is goo fo na cars bc it will keep our cars in mvec more and as long as the hp doesn't fall on its face and just smooths out its def a good thing 7k is about were i want my rev limiter to be with a launch control also but im still dreamin
