car wants to take off problem

This just happen on the way home from work this morning. Noticed my car wants to take off suddenly when I am trying to cruise. I felt something different instantly half ways home when driving. I give it little gas and it almost hits boost, it is around -3 in my boost/vac gauge.
From a stop I accelerate quickly without giving that much gas. Can it be the tune or is it the new turbo finally broken in that it feels like it wants to take off? IMO I like the feeling but I am affraid it will effect my MPG. Check my engine for any disconnected hoses or anything from the ordinary. I will try to connect my laptop and see how much the throttle is open and how much the engine load is because I know this isn't normal and upload a video for thoughts.

This is the first time i've ever heard somebody with a GS complaining because it's going too much.

Just a random thought, is it reving high or just getting faster?

She wants to open up now man, let her rip lol jk, I know nothing about turbos but but if everythings reading good and she's not making any out of the ordinary noises, I feel like it's ok, but again I know very little about turbos, is this the same turbo from mod a few years back or new?
