Throttle Body Bypass Problems

So I searched and didn't really find anything...I did the TB bypass yesterday drove the car hard no leaks...drove it to work this morning and it starts leaking. Took it to a shop, and they fixed it and some how it started leaking again. Took it back and that spliced it, and retightened the hoses. I noticed that those hoses swell pretty bad is this normal. The guy that worked on it the second time said that the hoses on the car are pretty weak and that I may want to have them run one straight hose instead of the splice. Does anyone have on straight hose? Does anyone else's hose swell that bad?....I will see what happens when I drive home.

I didn't have to splice mine. I just used the longest of the two and ran it back to where the other hose went. Do away with the splice if its giving you problems. Cheap quick fix to buy another hose.

hmmm...never heard of this issue before - I guess I'd do whatever the pros are recommending.

If it leaks tomorrow I will have them replace it, but if its not broken I'm not gonna fix it. I will look into it tho if its not too much I will probably have it done very soon.
