New dome/map lights

So I was thinking of changing out my interior bulbs with LED bulbs. I was thinking bright white for the map lights and blue for the dome lights. Here is a link: LIGHTS

Are these LED lights brighter than stock? Anyone have any experience with LEDS? Thanks in advance.

There pretty bright and look good.

I got:

1 LED Dome Bulb
2 LED Rear View Mirror Bulbs
1 LED Trunk Bulb
1 LED Bulb in each foot well

1 LED Bulb in my Cup Holder
1 LED Bulb in my Gauge Cluster to soon be a Shift Light
1 LED Bulb Drilled into each Door Pocket

I went a little over board with my LED's but there worth getting. Just do your self a favor and get the Blue set. The Ultra Violet set don't work well and you can't see them.

try to purchase them at SUPER BRIGHT LEDS home if you're buying a lot coz they ship for a flat rate of $5 (im not sure what their item limit) and you get them really fast (3 bus. days for me). If you get 6-led or more, i think they're brighter. I bought a 4-led for my trunk and it was dimmer than stock. Also, in my situation, i have to make the holes on the map lights bigger to fit the bulbs, some people didn't have to, so it might be different for you.

I got my map and dome lights from the superbrightled store. They are brighter than stock by a bit and they look good as hell. And i got the 4-led. The 9-led would be too much for that light to handle IMO. I talked to the lady and she said each LED is about a 1 watt. So the 4 is 4 watts and the 9 would be 9. 4 fit just right and they look great without he ever having overloading issues.

For the map lights in the mirror use WLED 6-LED bulb 12 VDC 6-LED Wedge Base bulb (194/168 type)

For the Dome light (with sunroof) 3022-x4 LED Festoon bulb 30x10mm (1.181 inches long)12 VDC

For the trunk 3022-x9 LED Festoon bulb 30x10mm (1.181 inches long)12 VDC

The trunk will need to be squeezed in becouse its off a little but its all good. you won't hurt anything. The OEM bulb is a little smaller than a 3022.

I also used the map lights from the mirrors to light up my foot wells. I liked them the best.

My Cup Holder and Door Pockets use a single LED bulb i got from Autozone. The Pilot brand. Advanced Auto has anouther brand that looks like crap so don't use them. They only light up the bulb and dont have any directional power.

For some reason i don't.... tomarrow when its not raining so bad i'll get you some.

I mounted them in the far back of the pocket and they shine acrossed the pocket. You cant see the bulb even if you ripped the door off and looked at it while it was upside down. Lights are ment to Glow and not to be seen. So they look damn good. I have the Doors and the cupholder wired off the KEY and everything else on a switch. There subtile enough to just let them run even in the day time. The cup holder still looks good in the day time anyways. Plus it don't hurt anything to let LED's run becouse they don't heat up, they don't require any power, and they take years and years to burn out.

Need 2 for the Map, and 1 for the dome & trunk.

I never did post my other pics....

My switch... can you see it? Ya it looks like it came stock that way! I wander why?

Looks good don't it? Ya that used to be a Cig Lighter. See the silver ring? Ya its still there.

Here it is lit up. Still looks good hu? Ya i just took the small bolt on the back lose and ran the wires into the hole. No modding needed. Was a perfect fit.

Cup holder in the day light... still looks good hu?

And i had ALOT and i mean ALOT of wires... so i cleaned it up and put everything on a quick release system. I can rip my dash apart with out cutting my wires every time now. Oh oh oh... i think i see a RSK Shift Knob in there!
