Do you have to disconnect the battery before you pop the ecu out?

If i do not disable the DRL then the only effect is bulb life?

I am looking at a HID high/low plug and play kit powered from the battery btw

Thx in advance

thanks for the verification guys.

I have searched and read alot of threads here. Most of which are EXCELLENT, but sometimes threads seem to go off topic or alot of posters have diffenrent opinions, so I just wanted to "measure twice and cut once as they say".

Thanks again!!!!

Really White

Changed over to HID's instead of 100/80 H-13's. For those still looking, I got them here: automotivelightingusa.com and it was an excellent kit. Quick shipping, and you can call and talk to a human. The instruction sheet was in Japanese, imagine that, but the wiring diagram was sufficient. Perfect harness, took about 20 min, and it looks like stock wiring. Harness came loomed. Priced right too. It only gives a little better visibility at speed on empty Alabama roeads, but the color makes it harder for the deer and armadillos to blend in.

Your definatly not from the south, we see them everywhere. I usually shoot them and turn them over and put a beer in it's mouth for onlookers to see
