the intake on the gs is smaller in diameter so u have to grind it to match and the n smooth it out for better flow

1) yes you can swap a GT TB to a GS 2) a GT TB is 65mm in diameter, proflow makes it 67mm. hence a GS can upgrade up to 67mm. If you upgrade TB purchasing a TB spacer is highly recommended.

Ok so I've been trying to find an intake manifold spacer and a TB spacer, however with no luck... Now if I'm getting a GT TB will I need a GT TB spacer? Or does it matter? And which manifold spacer will I need? And finally where can I find them... Thanks

That's a hard one I'd think you'd need the outlaw tb spacer . But I don't think you could use the gt one on the manifold.

From what I've learned swapping a GT throttle body into a gs does not require a spacer for install. It's just HIGHLY recommended you do so you don't throw codes and to make sure it runs properly.

Spacer is recommended on GT TB for 2 reasons: 1) You don't have to dremel a piece of the TB off that gets in the way of another engine part. 2) Assists in cooling air flow a bit. Unfortunately you might have to go custom on the spacers or get them both used at this point because I don't believe any companies are still producing them.

Thank for the link! That's the only one I've seen so far... And just to finalize, if I'm getting a GT TB I'll need a GT TB spacer correct?

Bolt pattern is the exact same on all 4Gs so it doesn't matter if the TB spacer is for GT or GS specifically
