Eyelids
These are items that another member and I have designed and would like to share. they are completely custom and change the entire look of the car. there are three styles. the projector style will not work on the oem headlights. they will cutoff almost all of the beam.

Thanks Dre!
i was thinking to make a thread but you did it first any one could buy them from ACI but they come unpainted, so if any body wants them PAINTED pm me because i'm offerting them PAINTED and ready to install but just for one week, because after that i'm moving out to a new local and i will not available to paint any eyelids. here are some Feedback from a costumers: http://www.club4geclipse.com/fortopic9676.html http://www.club4geclipse.com/fortopic14195.html Thanks, Eclipse4Eva

How much light does the projector eye-lids cut? Perhaps this could cut off all the excess glare from an HID conversion kit.

Unfortunately, you can't use the same HID kit from your stock headlights in your projectors...stock headlights use an H13 whereas the projectors use an H1...but yes, because the beam is more concentrated in the projector, it produces less glare. |

I guess I wasn't very clear. Let me rephrase. You mentioned that the projector-style eyelids won't work on the stock headlights because it cuts down on the beam. I have an HID conversion kit (with the h13 xenon bulbs) in my stock headlights. The problem is mucho glare. So I was thinking that since the projector-style eyelids cut down on the beam, perhaps it will cut down on most of the glare coming from my HID's. What do you think? Hopefully that clarifies it.
I've seen a member use these projector-eyelids on his 4G with stock headlights. Hopefully, he'll chime in here and provide his input.

So did your eyelids affect the headlight beams much? Did it cut off some?

no.. or not that I noticed. It doesnt really cut off where the beam comes out, and idk if that little lens in the oem light diffuses the light but i have hull light, highbeams as well.

Good to know. I think that round glass lense focuses the beam forward more unlike the typical reflector headlights. When I took my headlights apart, I also noticed that this lense has a light bluish hue to it. I think it helps the headlight give off a whiter beam, than the usual yellow. I've been trying to research online about the concept of this particular headlight but haven't fun any info yet.

As discussed above, the projector style on stock housing headlights may cut off the beam and hinder your sight. So just be careful if you get that style for your stockers

Yes!
Ralliart and Vision style will fit on stock Headlights. Projector style is made to use only with the projectors headlights. You can buy them directly from me or through ACI

Correct me if I am wrong, but you make them then send them to ACI for selling, right? If so, I just ordered some RA style from them and was wondering if you could paint them Kalapana black before sending them out. I have contacted ACI, but they have not gotten back with me yet. Ofcourse I will send a check (or authorized ACI on my CC) for the paint. Thanks.
