Ive been driving my car without the front stabilizer links for about a month now and no problems. I want to know if i continue to keep driving without them will there be any problems in the long run. Are they necessary to have on ?

Don't know for sure but I would expect it could cause abnormal tire wear especially when cornering....but that is just a guess.

what it takes is patience...those things are rusted to death so 1rst you will need some WD-40 or some seafoam to lubricate. 2nd you will need to add some lenght to you ratched so it gives you more power, you can do that by putting a wrench key at the end of you ratchet handle. Now the whole assembly can turn so you need to use some grip pliers to hold the part with a rubber on it. Just be patient and you will get rid of that.

I've been driving with only one for over 2 yrs now, with no tracking problems or out of the ordinary tire wear. Damn Eclipses' geometry put a lot of stress on them once they're lowered. The endlink broke the tab on my coilover. Too bad that guy who made the adjustable ones didn't work out. I wish I would of picked up a set when he was around. Did both of them break on you?
