my cars bleeding!!

im so scared i noticed a few drops of oil on the floor yesterday and when i left 4 work today! I hope its not bad. I added half a court to get to work but i cant get a dam jack under my car now to see whats goin on?how do other cars get lowerd cars lifted with a jack?my idea is to drive onto 2 pieces of wood and that may get me up enough? i recently had timing belt water pump cam seal tensioners drive belt replaced could one of these be causing a leak possibly?

Of all of those the cam seal is the most likely...

im not sure about the GT but when they did the timing belt on the GS the tensioner is oil pressure controlled and its a metal to metal seal... the dude got dirt in there causing it to leak oil alll over when we started it... this could be your problem if it is similar on the GT

GT has a sealed hydraulic piston for the tensioner, if that blew he would have all kinds of rattling and whatnot not to mention the possibility of jumped timing.

Has anyone ever had you're valve covers off?

Just drive up on some pieces of wood, just enough to get the jack under there. That's what we have to do with the corvette. It's most likely coming for the cam seal though.

Harbor freight is your friend when it comes to jacks too.

Sucks that the cam seal is leaking. At least you have a shop to fix it for you.

Yeah, dude, you haz some nice stance on that thing but not for California streets...

Just too low. Oh well though man, glad you had fun and everything. I wish I could have parked next to ya at Extreme Auto Fest...

Would have been neat having my ride in there too.
