SO I broke my drivers side door (kinda) yesterday when I was getting out of car in my driveway. The part that makes the door stop when opening it locked up, and at first I couldn't get the door to shut. Then I wiggled it a little bit, heard a pop and it shut but now if I try to open it it just swings shut (doesn't lock into place). How do I fix this!?

Pull off door cover and speaker with glass up and unbolt it see if you need a new one. Most likely you will.

Just leave the window down and do a "Dukes of Hazard" mount each time you get in.

That piece on mine is going too. Every time I open the door it creaks and then pops....been like that since the wreck.
