I just installed my 10k h13 hids everything is working good. The only problem is that the lights stay on the whole time. When I first start the car and the ebrake is up I can turn the lights on and off. As soon as I drop the ebrake the lights stay on no mater what. I can't turn them off. I installed the kit as I was supposed to. Can someone tell me what's up with this??

our eclipses come with drls. Meaning daytime running lights. There is a how to thread on disabling them on the forum takes about a few mins to do.

if u just got a low beam kit then u wont have hi beams at all..

I got it. It was the high beam fuse. But now I'm having a problem with my driver window. You know how when u close the door and the window is up already and the motor closes the window by it's self. Mine isent doing that. What could this be?

turn u key the 2 clicks without startin ur car... roll down ur driver side window and hold the button in intill u hear a click... then roll it up to reset it..

If ur brightd do actually work. Try steppin up another 5 amps on the fuse. If its a 10 put a 15 in

Check your wiring..The + for the high beams could be shorting out.

Like Dustin said recheck your wiring hanesses for a short.

Then it's time to pull-out the multi-meter and check voltages. More then likely you might have another bad ballast.

What kind oF HID kit did you buy??

This was entertaining!

If you didn't specifically buy a high/low beam set or a bi-xenon set then the high beams are not gonna work. If you used the car with the DRL still connected after the HID install the lower voltage used for the DRLs could have damaged something.

Please do some research in here before starting other projects and know that the instructions that come with some kits are not specific to our car and believe me this car has some quirks

Good luck resolving your issue(s)....we sure will try and help though.
