I'm not too sure where to put this so I'm sticking it in the general area please move it if this is wrong but I've noticed no one really waves at one another when seeing them on the road unless they know them personally. My parents own a Corvette (expecting some hate for mention that) but even the dealership says to new owners wave at every corvette you see driving. i just thought maybe it would be a good idea to have every eclipse owner do this to each other and if anyone has connections with dealers have them tell new buyers that too i think it would be great to have us all waving on the roads.

I always try to do this when I see an eclipse on the road but they usually an old person and don't even look my way

Lol about 2 weeks ago some middle aged ladies beeped at me and waved at me I was like huh oh shit another eclipse Hahah anywayz I think the wave only works with motorcycle riders

LOL, When I was displaced from Detroit thirty-years ago, and moved down to South West Texas, New Mexico area, I was like WTF, who was that that just waved at me!! I found out quickly that is was just a common courtesy everyone down South did on the highways. Well thirty years latter the farmers still give you that friendly wave, but everyone else has their heads up their ass. I guess being friendly is now a dying courtesy.

But I still give a friendly wave to all... just to befuddle those who are suspicious, or confused; like I was when I first got here

I only wave to the 4Gs in my town that dont have ghetto bling bling (imma pay you off in 1 year) rims on them... which means I cant wave at 95% of 4th gens in this general area

Hell yea here in mwc oklahoma there's a lot of 4grs and we all wave or honk. Out of subject iv tried usin the search but no success cause it kinda sucks but what's that site u guys go to that's kinda like andysautosport.com. where u guys get ur eyelids?

i see a lot of jeep wranglers do this too. There aren't many 4gs in northeast PA but it seems every dealership has one in their used car lot so hopefully i wont be able to count them all on one hand soon lol.

I always give a wave or a thumbs up to other Eclipses and 95% of the time I don't get a response back. I usually pull up next to them and of course they try to ignore me. But I still try to befriend every 4G around here lol

Mustangs do this, i find in my 4G no one waves, i get more waves from lancers than eclipses.

same problem out here in calgary, i wave at eclipses trying to get attention and they just ignore me, it seems most of them seem to be older balding men... i've yet to see any real tuners here though, i think in the year and a bit i've owned my eclipse i've seen 3 in total. lots of stock ones.

j2eclipse i notice your location says thunder bay, i'm from the area, maybe when i'm out there in a few months we could meet up -- i plan on driving my baby out

I try to wave to every eclipse i see, unfortunatley I am the friendlier one each time i do.

I have seen girls driving eclipses and they have bitch shields up and don't wave back.

then the other day i saw a marine driving one, i waved and he ignored me. what a dousche, but then again (no offense to anyone) 98% of (non retired/active) marines have their head up their sphincter hole

i always try to wave and smash my hand into window or sunroof lol so my wave never makes it out on time lol-maybe ill just flash my lights.

I usually do what ever i can. Honk, Flash lights. wave. I dont think ive ever got any in return. Mainly punk asses and bitches drive the 4g in amarillo.
