Cleaning your cold air intake filter
I clean My filter every 3-4K, I forgot this time and had almost 7- 8K on it, man it was dirty, just to remind you all don't forget to do this, -- It does make a difference in performance-- CHOP

I use household vacuum to clean my injen cai... I would also recommend to use CRC MAF cleaner everytime you change/clean your air filter to clean that MAF sensor (especially if you're idling roughly) I noticed a HUGE difference at idle and at 110 mph

Always follow the manufactuers suggested procedures when cleaning your CAI filter.
AEM is different than Injen Injen is different than Fujita Fujita is different than DC Sports. Point is they're all different. Check the websites for the manufacturer and follow what they say to do. http://www.aemintakes.com/air_filter...structions.htm http://www.knfilters.com/cleaning.htm http://www.injen.com/docs/injen/cont...ct=faq_landing http://www.fujitaperformance.com/pro...R/Default.aspx Searching for DC Sports filter cleaning procedure brought me directly to AEM's website which leads me to believe it's the same filter.
