top not closing

My top does not close. The cover opens and I can hear the motor but the top never moves. My car is an 08. The dealer gives free washes with service and last time ran it through a car wash. I was P O Would that have anthying to do with it?
Please help
Brian

Are you getting any beeps?
If you have the owners manual, there's a section in there about how to manually close the top, and what to check if it doesn't close.

NO beeps the cover opens and nothing else happens. The manual shows how to close the top but no trouble shooting. I could not find any thing in the tearstone manual on this site.

Problem solved!
I closed the windows with the top down and used the top up button to lower them and it worked. One of the windows must have been below the top of the door but not all the way down.
Thanks
Brian
