Could someone tell me where the main relay is located in a 2006 eclipse gs

Or fuse I wasn't sure if there was a main relay.

If you talking main fuse so its under the hood, black fuse box in front of the battery. The biggest fuse is the main, don't remember how many amps are there.

If that main fuse blows could it cause the fuel pump to not receive power?
