Have a 2006 GS with 105,000 and still get people telling me what neat looking car it is. Alot think it is some type of exotic expensive sports car they've never seen before. Amazing...!!

Anyone looking to get a last one in 2012?

You can still get this great car for less than $20,000..!!

Ha yea no. Once this car is paid off ill be straight...be able to really start modding.

yea also don't see the point of buying the same car which has had minimal changes compared to the early models.

Understand you are paying off..

I looked at a nissan ultimate coupe, nice car, but $6,000 more new, does it have a better look, maybe to some...

I hate the new front and rear bumpers on the 2012's and they look more bubbly. plus they only make slowmatics. I love my fully optioned out 08 SE manual v6. the only thing I don't have that a 2012 has is bluetooth and a backup camera. options i can add by getting a double din alpine ;-)

eclipse mayb im not sure but automatic and manual is highly debatable depending on the vehicle. manual is not always best compared to sporttronic

I am the exact opposite. I have not been a fan of the 4G until they changed the front and rear bumpers, blacked out the roof, and lowered the stance a little. That is the only reason I bought one. Everything else is the same, basically.

no manual = no win... unless it's a DCT M3-style which sounds like the sh**...
i like the new look of the Eclipse, but i dont think i'd trade mine in for a '12 unless i got a hell of a deal on both ends...
it's not like, say, a Mustang GT where they added something like 450 hp in '11 compared to the old GT ! i'd be pissed if i had bought a '10 Stang GT...

I highly prefer the face lifted version. But no manual for the v6 is a no go for me. Its why im sitting here with a 07.

I'd like to eventually change the body to the 09 facelift but, honestly I have almost no interest in the car and am constantly looking at other things. Just gotta get it around the $10,000 value range so I can sell it with no lost profit.

thats wierd cuz my 2012 GS is a 5spd

yea thats why i got it, plus only being 20k. They had convertable se but 31k, no thanks. I thought homeslice was saying ALL 2012 came in automatice

taste is subjective. I don't like Manuals and much prefer the newer look of my 11 to the rounded version of the 08 and lower.
