Okay i was wondering myself when the value of the car hits that point of no return... and i think for fun it would be funny to see who's car has the highest value according to an actual trade-in apprasal or Nada.com trade-in #. So ill start first (post the picture of your car and ODO mileage)

I did mine on KBB awhile back and it said $15,000. I've gone to Carmax and a local car dealership. Was offered $12,500 at the dealership and $11,000 at carmax. Our cars have very horrible resell values. When I see people on craigslist getting rid of GS's for $8000 already and yet I see 2g eclipses going for $4500 with almost 4 times as much millage its speaks worlds about our cars.

Give it 10 years, they stopped making ours so in about that time 20% will be totaled or junked, giving us survivors a better market. I plan on having mine until im 50

I couldn't part with mine for less then $25K and I would consider the person very lucky. I WOULDN'T part with it for less then $35K given what I've put into it. Who knows what the total would be of what I've paid for all the parts/labor, etc. well over $40K easy.

Yup! I paid $15k for my 08' GS w/24k Miles, and $5k for my 97' GST w/144k Miles, albeit it's got around $5k in aftermarket investments.

Well they said they wouldnt be able to ever offer a warranty, no back seat, theres an electrical issue not even the speacialist from mitsu could figure out, id keep my wheels soo theyd get it with 4 dummies, no radio cause I was going to keep my touchscreen, no sun visors, and I wanted my throttle bidy

I'm 55...the car and I both still have some good years left and don't see me selling it. I plan on modding as long as I can and when I can't anymore I plan on doing a suicide run against Hugo Chavez in Venezuela

Just to put this into perspective, my GT before I actually traded it was appraised at the dealer at $9000!!!!! That was with 38k, stock airbox, headers/exhaust, MINT interior, brand new Pirelli tires and powdercoated black 18s. I laughed all the way out the door.

My trade in through the evo sale was decent though. Still not what I was looking for.
