Creaking when turning

So i Just recently finished installing my new struts/shocks, eibach pro kit, strut mounts, bump stops, and boots.

Now when I turn the steering wheel I hear a moaning creak, both left and right. Is this normal, and will it go away?
There is no other noise when driving/going over bumps, only when turning the wheel.

Do you have sway bars? check to see there is still grease in the linkage. All the grease can come out of the linkage causing this to happen. It's happening to me now and I still havent fixed it, but this is what I thought it was. So I had a mechanic friend look at it and agree with me it is. The popping sound happens when you go up a driveway right?

Its probably your strut tower bearings... After I installed my prokit, I had to replace my bearings twice b4 i decided to put my oem springs back on..(same noise you are describing..clicking or knocking when you turn the wheel going slow or at a stop)

I just sent them back to ACI, and Joe is giving me a refund..

I dont know why, but few of our cars have this problem and most do not..
Im not putting lowering springs back on my car, I spent too much time & money on repairs b4 I figured out what it was..

If I lower it again it will be with coilovers..

Mine is just like a groaning noise when I am at a complete stop turning the wheel, or going extremely slowing, after i drive for a little bit it goes away for the most part, could it just be everything settling? Or a lack of lube?

Also one more q, that may relate to this. I hear a really high pitch sound almost like when brakes go bad but not any where near the loudness, coming from the front of the car (front right I think). It just squeals no matter what speed (only can hear it when going slow though), and just goes away sometimes then may come back later. I noticed it after installing springs/struts etc, but I don't really know what that could be; fyi I greased up the bearing pretty well on both sides too.

Sounds kinda like you need new break pads?

Ya... only thing is I just changed, pads, hardware, rotor, etc, about 1 month ago brand new, so maybe the hardware is just needing some grease??

Yeah, maybe make sure everything is put on evenly too. I'm no mechanic though.
