In case you missed it in the 'Graveyard' thread....

AND, I never gave her a proper name, well from this point forward she shall be know as Phoenix -- for rising from the ashes....not ONCE but TWICE. And, in honor of my good buddy lphoenix who kept me positive and always had something to say to cheer me up and brighten my day during this whole ordeal -- even if it was talking shit about other members through PM's ; )

"GREAT NEWS! Just got the estimate back -- they're giving me $7200 and paying for the RA bumper AND the extra $500 labor to put it on!

DUDE! Farm Bureau is the BEST! Just switched to them from State Farm about six months ago, and DAMN has it payed off.

They're paying for me to get my car back EXACTLY how I had it! Dude....so happy right now! I think I'm hyperventilating....

I knew something good was comin when they called at 8 this morning to ask how much I paid for that bumper AND the extra labor. I can't BELIEVE they're covering that!

Dude....just so stoked and happy.

Damn! I just got another euphoric rush of excitement! I'm getting MY BABY back! EXACTLY how she was -- no steps back.

I can't get over the fact they're giving me $7200.00!? WTF? That sounds like enough to fucking total it!? I must have been RIGHT at the brink -- UNLESS they factored in my mods....they had to have.

And they're giving me a free rental car for a month....oh, and NO, ZERO, NADA deductible.

Excuse my excitement but I am straight DELUSIONAL with joy right now -- and I felt on such a fine day with such wonderful news, this information needed to be moved from the 'Graveyard'. No more 'Graveyard' for me -- more like the hospital ; )

Thanks for the kind words, the pick-me-ups, the pats on the back, the words of encouragement, and for keeping my head up through all of this. I wouldn't have made it without you guys. Now, on to recovery -- the check should be here Monday, and then, it begins....

i wish i got a pic of my mothers maxima. . 2 days after ur wreck some fuckin guy ran a red light and pushed the front driver side dead in so everything is warped and smashed up. . but it is being taken care of now and everyone is ok

but it really looked exactly like wut happened to ur car

For real though -- thanks for the overwhelming support I got, and am still getting from the C4G community. You guys really lifted my spirits and kept my hopes up when I didn't think that was possible. You guys are as close to a 'family' as you can get, as far as talking to people you've never met over the Internet. When you care about somebody else's well being halfway across the country that you've never met....that says something about the quality of people we have around here.
