Part of my order finally came from autocuty today

Turns out it was my new halos!
Also, turns out that the driver side light has one of the clips broken and holding o was by literally a thread of plastic a half a cm wide. ARGH!! what the f! I called auto city but they were already closed. I called them last week about something and ben, I think, said he'd have someone call me back. I'm still waiting a week later and now my headlights come Nd are broken I suppose I could glue it but I don't want to ghetto rig ANYTHING on my car. Maybe, I don't actually need the clip. My car is at the mechanic waiting for myvother parts so I could go check. Anyways, here is some pics!

The pic sucks. Sorry my camera is poop. The piece on the very end that is pointing down towards the table is supposes to be pointing to the right and not down at all like that. It was a clean break and can be glued but like I said, fuck that. Don't wanna glue a key piece.

I pm'd him a week ago about something and called them and still no response. I guess I'll pm about this and see what happens. An apple pie would be cool but it's not gonna hold my headlight in place heh

Lol the apple pie in for your troubles and if its taken this long make as much ruckus as possible because its unprofessional to take that long especially if they care about customer service and try to get some free shit with expedited shipping

No, the problem with the light just happened this evening and they were closed so they haven't had a chance to do anything. The thing that has taken a week has nothing to do with the damaged headlight from tonight.

Yeah dude i had two sets arrive with that tab broken, the maker packages them in a box too small so the tabs are exposed to the ups guys who don't give a fuck, i know, i worked there lol. You can probably see the cardboard box it came in has gouges in it fom the tabs. I had a bad ballast on my hid from them too and they helped me out immediately if you call. Nothing but good things about auto city, even when there shits broke.

Yeah, I figured it wasn't shipped broken haha. My friend delivers packages so I know how little they care(read: not at all) about the packages they deliver. I will call them back tomorrow and let them know what's up

Just wanted to clarify that joe from autocity took extremely good care of me. He called and apologized for taking so long. I understand thanksgiving being hectic and all. He said he would get me a new headlight asap if need be and also helped me out very much with the whole c4g discount. He didn't have to, but went back and refunded some of what I paid. He responsed to my voicemail the next day!(they were closed when I had called) and reallytook care of me! Stood behind his products and really convinced me he was concerned with me and wanted my business in the future. Guess what! You got it! Thanks again and I will send all my friends to your fine establishment!
