Tie rod end boot ripped
So while doing some more maintenance on my car, I noticed my outer tie rod end boot is ripped on one side of the car. Question is, do I replace just the boot, and do I need to regrease it if I do this? OR Do I just replace the whole outer tie rod, and with a greasable one, or non greasable?

youd be better off replacing the whole thing just to be safe. who knows what kind of little particles could have gotten in there

Yeah...I agree with Jeff. That is just too critical a part not to be sure it is repaired correctly.
