Hopefully its just run off from filling your oil. Its possible that if you or who ever changes your oil spilled a little and by looking at the third picture it looks so. then it ran down the head and beaded along the gasket line.
option two could be a bad seal on your oil cap. check it out make sure its in tact and on tight. may have oil seeping out of it causing the same thing i jsut explained. Option three is it is a VALVE gasket leak, but highly unlikely. clean the head up nice and good, make sure your oil cap is nice and tight and the seal is in tact then take it for a drive and check is again. What you're showing here is a not a Head Gasket leak but oil along part of the Valve Cover gasket. It appears to have run down from the filler opening. Perhaps it spilled when adding oil. The cap could also be loose or have a bad gasket. Check that the cap is on snug and try wiping the oil from the side of the valve cover and watch for a couple of weeks to see if it comes back.

Good article to check if it's just a head gasket.
