Installed Spoiler today?!

super easy to install, theirs indentions on both sides of hatch where oem spoiler goes, so just get a 5/16 drill bit, and drill upward to get it started than lower hatch and drill down to make hole, this way you dont have to use the t strips, put some masking tape on the hatch decklid to, they say to use silicone but its not needed cause if you will notice where the holes are their inside the rain channel that goes beside the weatherstripping so people that are putting silicone around the screwes are morons because water gets in their anyways regardless through the sides of the hatch, might not leak out the bolt hole but it still gets wet under the bolthead, if your that anal bout it i advice getting stainless screws if rust is your worry, cause it doesnt come with stainless screws.......... heres some pics






NEXT UP is these wheels 20", i know i know people will knock me for puttin 20's on a eclipse, number 1 i have a gs so its slower than a turtle, 2nd 20's fit the fender well good, and im not gonna put donk type rims on it, these r the wheels im gonna go with, i chose chrome because it looks good when its clean and easy to take care of, i've done looked into black wheels, and hyperblack, and silver and none of them look good unless you go staggard with deep lip in the rear for my taste, and 19" tires are expensive, i like these wheels cause they got 2 1/2 lip plus their sporty looking

its the spoiler that comes on the se edition eclipse, so its called SE WING, ordered it off ebay for $254 painted, just had to give them my color code, free shipping............. took bout a week to arrive, any garage nut can install this wing but i advice its easier if you have a newer eclipse say 08-12 cause it has the premade holes

its the same one i got, the oem 2007+. Looks great!!! i have a bit of advice for you. i've noticed you have created 3 or 4 threads about your car. you should really make a "ride thread" and update it as you add new things to it like the rest of us, it keeps the clutter down.

i'll spend bout $1600 on rims and tires together, so if u guys can find me a sick setup on my ride, show me or do a photoshop job, im with you guys i dont wanna screw up the eclipse cause i made a poor choice on wheels, i want somethign that looks sick and good but not ruin the car cause it has stupid wheels ya know!!, i'll go hyper silver or black if need be but i prefer chrome cause its perty but im starting to see chrome doesnt go well on a sports car

Honestly you should just get what you want. Don't try to please and impress us with your ride. its YOUR ride. so shop around, do as many photoshop edits as you need, TAKE YOUR TIME, and choose what YOU really want.

but if you want my opinion, i like these, i may buy these soon

Honestly, rims that are ALL chrome are . IMO. But if it is a rim that just happens to have chrome, as well as another color such as black/gold/etc. then it looks good. I think Jason's rims are hawt. With your price range I would at take a look at Rota's, XXR's, Kyowa's. Rota and Kyowa basically make replica rims of expensive JDM wheels. XXR can get close to being replica's, but with their own twist on the wheel. See if you can find something you like from one of those companies.

Please do 18's or 19's man. I went through the phase where I wanted to put 20's on my car, but it soon passed and I bought Enkeis. If I were to do it again I'd probably rock these.
