i thought i saw a tsb or recall somewhere for the 06 eclipses running too rich? and that the dealer would reflash your ecu because it running rich would kill you cats? but i cant seem to find anything on that

i had a shop print it off for me since they have the sources for things like that. the dealer tried to tell me my VIN# doesnt fall in the affected cars but after 3 trips up there of saying each time i come im gonna talk to the last guys boss until you stop dicking me around.... they finally replaced my cat and maybe the sensors, but didnt do the reflash, so buy the time the problem hit again... i was past 80,000 miles and they told me to go fuck myself. so now im probably gonna get rid of the car

Recall emr-06-002 "2006 eclipse 3.8" overheating cat converter. Pcm reflash if there's an open recall. If check engine light is on for cat, replace the cat and perform pcm reflash

I would call Mitsu and have them run a super screen for any open recall and warranty

lol i dont have the money for headers. do i just call my local dealership with my vin? or does it have to be mitsu the company itself?

and my check engine light hasnt come on at all since ive owned either

If you register on Mitsubishi's website it will let you check. But you will also have to get a car fax from them to do so it seems.Been trying to find out if there's any recalls on mine too.

yeah i registered on there when i got it. when i do the carfax check, right before the check out page it says there is no open recalls on mine but 32 records. i read the carfax for it that the dealership had before i bought it too
