Got my New wheels put on tonight?! *PICS*
People on this site hate so much on 20" rims but im here to tell you they fit this body style so well, these are 20 x 8.5, 035 offset mrr gt5 rims, 2" lip *not stagg* stock springs running 245/35/20, these are machined wheels not chrome so their lighter believe it or not than my stock 18's, i've drove around town for bout a hour giving it hell and i cant tell a difference in performance like so many claim, i still beat my buddies 2011 altima coupe 4 banger, if you get a deepdish style rim it doesnt look rediculously big, these look small to me for 20" but look good, took me 3 weeks to pick a wheel i like and im more than satisfied.......... next up is double din install
this has been a real adventure getting the rims right lol, first i was planning on going with chrome dubs and thanks to you 4gers on here you stopped me from making a huge mistake, i did the right thing and went with a sporty rim so thanks to all who showed me the light!! its dark outside just put these on in garage, hard to see i'll take better pics tomm... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by xtreme4g2012; January 19th, 2012 at 09:14 PM. |

i wanna add, i tested these wheels on the interstate, their hub centric so they mount flush to the bore so no rings and i had no vibration or pull going 80 mph, i also wanna note, i didnt realize till after i put on the center caps they had a clear film over them that peeled off? guess it was to protect during shipping

i've been running that exact wheel setup for 3+ years, and went lower about 7 months ago... expect a shitty ride, and if you drop, expect even worse
i've also been shopping for new tires and would love to increase sidewall width, and three different places told me the 245/35 is the max size i can run... which severly blows because tulsa is full of potholes... i have to get one of those "i hate pothole" stickers, because it's true, i hate the fuckers |

i need to order new sensors to put in new wheels, so i dont have to take stock wheel sensors out to reuse in new wheels, this way i dont have to keep switching back and forth and i ever wanna throw on my stock wheels,

Looks nice even at stock height...Glad you decided not to go pimp chrome
![]() I think 20" is the perfect size for our cars.. Anything smaller, I would just stick with the stock rims and not waste the money..

slick. you know what would look even better? painted calipers. easy and cheap to do. If you are careful and patient, you can even do it w/out taking them off the car. just gotta do some extra masking.

i actually wouldnt lower that much...
20's definitely get rid of most of the wheel gap, while maintaining decent clearance at the bottom... nice ! |

Return them for 18's and loar.
I actually don't mind the look of the wheels themselves. I just don't like circus wheel sizes. At least they're not 22's... or that stupid Dodge Ram up the way from me with what look like 44's.

Ur nutz! Anybody hatin on 20s either cant afford em or doesnt have taste, these r not circus wheels, 19s r ok but y upgrade to 19 when i had 18 stock, i made a good decision, if u go deep dish they wont look too big like i stated before, rest my case 20s ftw! Also depends on rim style if u choose a good lookin wheel its fine but if u choose some old gangsta boo wheels yea its gonna look like shit, i almost made that mistake thank god i didnt

Personally i wouldnt lower it, i can barely get my hand behind the front tires, also. Ur ride if youll notice ur tires stick outta the fenders doesnt look good, to each their own my opinion, i like to not worry bout dips in road if i ever buy bodykit, been down thqt road before

Car looks great, except that it's as tall as mine. I even like the style of the wheel, I said that. I just think 20's are unnecessary for a car our size, but I guess that's because I don't have taste. Guess I'll go crawl back under my rock...
