Ive said time and time again how my dealer never tries to fuck me, in fact they love my car and know me by name.

lately ive been noticing a blemish like stain on my hatch, it looks as if the clear coat was in its beginning stages of corrosion. when I first noticed it, it was in a confined area, and said to myself how soon i was gonna need to dish out cash to get that fixed. a month ago I noticed that its climbing up my hatch slowly but surely.

Ive heard stories of how mitsu paint sucks, and how mitsu paint warranty is even worse. but I decided to try my chances anyway and headed to my dealer. They arranged a meeting with the regional district manager of mitsubishi and not only approved a whole new hatch paintjob, but a car rental for as long as it takes included.

nice to hear that they will provide you with a rental even while they repaint your hatch, thats awesome!!

good to hear not all dealer experiences are bad. I"ve been very forutnate with Platinum Mitsubishi in calgary so far, they will do any mods I want as long as I provide parts. they even warranty the work they do on after market parts, which i think is absolutely amazing for a dealership to do.

I never deal with the dealership near me haha but I hope I can manage half of the customer service the two of you have received.

it also doesnt hurt that my service tech drives a scion tc with like 20K in mods, so he feels all my pain. good ass day if you ask me

all 3 dealerships in town here are OK at best, 2 of them being total a-holes unless you come to them with an open cheque book (one did all of SilverSniper SC install...)

this isnt even the first time theyve hooked me up, when i first threw on my pro-kits both my rear struts blew out, and they still repaired it under warranty
