he is obviously posting here, the issues he has had with the vendor. I assume he is posting here because when he post over at cincity his threads are deleted. hence why he posted the message he received. I think this is wise.

i am confused about one thing, it looks like cincity told him there were shipping issues, they sent it out by mistake, then (my perception) is cincity blamed the delay on a mistake made on the lights. contridicting their previous statement.

J can you please shed some light on this event

im surprised the vendor hasnt posted to give everyone an explanation, defend his rep sorta speak. im only hearing one side of the story, and hate to form an opinion on it, but im left with no choice. as of now, it doesnt sound like a professional job. im hoping to hear something from the vendor or at least an update from j-rod. I HOPE IT ALL WORKS OUT BRO!!!!

i shot nic a message to come here and try to clear things up. this appears to be one sided on jrods part. ive been on that site alot lately and i can assure you this is the first time ive heard any negative about the company. if you dont believe me, hop over to cincitydesigns.com
and see for yourself. im hoping that one persons opinion isnt going to change all of your minds on them.

i agree i looked on their site as well seems like satisfaction rate is really high. hopefully this is one of those rare, yet unfortunate, events.

If you're seriously that hurt over shipping, i'll give you your shipping charge back ORRRR just send me those lights back and i'll send you another set of used OEM lights and your money back. I'm very easy to work with. Everyone knows this. I'm easy to reach and VERY easy to get along with. So if you'll sleep better at night, don't even take the lights out of the box. Just send them right back to me and i'll refund your money and get you another set of used OEM's.

Seriously.. I can't believe this is even as big an issue as people are making it out to be? WTF??

hey bro chill out, we have no idea whats going on between you too. so why you asking WTF? WTF is up with that? im pretty sure we said we only heard one side, by hearing on side, it wouldnt be right to make a judgment. to add to it, his side wasnt directly saying anything about bad business practice on your behalf. i believe he actually said "THIS IS TO HAVE IT RECORDED" in fact i think it confused just about everyone who read it. now that you came by and posted we have a little more understanding that you are trying to fix the issue...of which i still dont know what the issue was.

anyway we all know shipping errors happen, hell i just had an issue friday with ACI shipping....come to find out it was all the stupid UPS driver. so what life goes on, as long as everything is made right by the customers opinion then GREAT this issue will only help you and your companies reputation, showing you go the extra mile for customer satisfaction and that every penny spent is worth it.

word, i'm sure everything will be fine, i think J is just frustrated. if he was told it would be done by a certain date and it was not, wether because of shipping errors or anything else, something should be done to resolve the issue and ensure customer satisfaction. like i said im sure everything will be taken care of. cincity, according to other reviews that i have seen, has a good satisfaction rate. shit does happen i agree doesn't mean it should go without trying to make up for it. anyway just giving my 2 cents ill stay out of it for now

ok guys.... before anyone jumps to conclusions... heres the issue at hand.
Jrod sent in his headlights to get custom work done. he paid and cincity completed the job. for whatever reason, there was an issue with the shipping and jrod has had to wait a little longer to get the lights back to him. i understand jrods perspective on sending $ and then having problems with shipment. the problem is being fixed and i assure you the work was done with every bit of detail as it would have been done on any other vehicle. im not taking sides with cincity and im not taking sides with jrod but this is not as big of an ordeal as some are making out to be. jrod is experiencing the same frustration anyone would if you were to order something online and not get it by the date that it was scheduled to arrive. things happen, but as long as the problem is addressed and being corrected, then there should be no issues. please guys dont let this get outta hand.

-this 30th will be a MONTH for waiting on my lights... a "little" longer is not the right word...

-the problem isn't being fixed thats what is the "problem"... (expressed this multiple times)

-its not a big ordeal unless i never recieve the damn lights

-not get it by the date was never given one... bc who they use wouldn't even dare say...

-the only solution that was given for this project is to ship back the lights that i might or might not recieve anytime soon for another set that ill have to WAIT for as well ... so the problem isn't fixed... but if i get my lights ill just move on after these posts... ill put them on my car... take photos... send them to CinCity... and let this thread be a reminder of what should happen in the future...

well wait and wait and wait till i update on if they are here or not

Yeah the first time I wrote them they said there were no 4G's. I also asked if the could Carbon Wrap my Projectors and that was a no go as well.

Sorry to hear this. I assure you they will be there very shortly though. I would hope tomorrow as we did send them last week and not counting the weekend, it's been like 6 days or something?? Anyway, Just want you to know that I have no hard feelings. Business is business. If you're not happy, well then I'll just deal with it and live with a thread that leaves a mark on my name. That's life. I have plenty others that are favorable for me so I can live with this one black cloud.

Also, if you're not happy with them or don't want them now, i'll pay to have them shipped back to me and i'll get you another set. Just say so. I've had a few people ask about them so maybe someone else will like them. Anyway, just letting you know...
